USG Portfolio

This dataset reflects US government transactions as published by the U.S. State Department on February 4, 2026 (which can be toggled on and off) matched to data sources and announcements. Additional transactions for relevant agencies have also been included. Note that transactions involving equity or warrants, particularly those involving multiple agencies or parties do not reflect well in a tabular format. Additionally, some transaction terms are not known. See raw data and sources and notes for context.

**EXIM Authorized Transactions and Letters of Interest**

More information can be found on EXIM’s data.gov page. The transactions below are not currently linked to the dataset as it has not been updated to FY2026.

LOIs

EXIM provides letters of interest upon application, but the agency is not required to provide a letter. The letters are intended to provide an indication of EXIM’s interest, eligibility of the project/participants, and theoretical terms. Typically the letter is good for one year. More information on the application process can be found at EXIM.gov.

Department of Energy

In lieu of the Energy Dominance Financing Program, I continue to use the Loan Programs Office (LPO) as the State Department also listed all projects in that fashion. At this time, the dataset does not include DOE grants.

**Department of War (Defense) and Defense Logistics Agency**

In lieu of DOW notation, this data set uses DOD, given that government data systems and many filings still predominantly use the latter. Note that most announcements by DOD are published on war.gov. For DPA III many can be found on here. DLA solicitations and awards typically are found on SAM.gov.
